Policy and Procedures


Pricing Policy:  You will receive a copy of the store receipt as well as an itemized invoice from Grocer Epals.  Customers receive the sale price and/or bonus club savings available on items purchased.  It is your responisbility to keep your receipts in case of a needed exchange/return. Grocer Epals reserves the right to make changes to our service price at any time.

Payment methods:  Grocer Epals LLC accepts cash, credit, and debit cards.  We do not accept Food Stamps, WIC, or store coupons.  Drivers do not carry more than $20.00 in change.

Customer Service:  For questions, comments, and concerns you may call us directly at 866-466-7791.  Customer service by phone is available Monday through Saturday. We appreciate your patronage and will do our very best to promptly return your call.

Gratuities:  You are under no obligation to tip, but have the option if you feel that you received exceptional service.  Tips may be added to your order by cash, credit, debit, or check. 

Changing an order: You may add or subtract items from your order before your delivery appointment.  All changes must be made by phone at 866-466-7791.  Cancellation policy follows below.

Returns/Exchanges:  It is your responsibility to hang on to the original store receipt that is given at the time delivery.  With out this receipt there can not be any returns or exchanges.  Please call for pickup arrangements.  All return of money to the customer will be done in the form of check or credit card, no cash.

Cancellation policy:  Orders must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.  Orders cancelled without 24 hour notice will be subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee.

Undeliverable Orders:  Undelivered orders are subject to a cancellation fee of $30.00.
